March brings the sunshine and more opportunities to get out and increase those endorphins. Enjoy the sun and fresh air with a brisk 20 minute walk. Go down a nature trail and bring a friend. March also brings us a bit more time. Let's enjoy the sunshine and ask a friend to go for a walk or just sit on the pouch and enjoy a beverage. Smile each morning and think about being grateful to have the ability to do another day.
