Posting this about SAD, seasonal affect Disorder when the last few days have been beautiful seem kind of crazy. Saying this though, mother nature has given people who suffer with SAD a gift and it is so important to get out and enjoy the weather when possible to help manage SAD. Eating well, exercise, and doing fun things to help raise you mood will certainly help to get you through the rest of the winter season. This is all true even when we haven't been blesses with such great weather but enjoy and remember to practice self-care daily and when needed more support "We are Here to Help."
